And as I stated after killing Rotface that we would get Fester next, I was right. We had a lot of good tries and improved on every go which could only lead to one thing. Death.
Great job all and let's start working on Professor and Crimson Hall!

After having some lack on signs and a slow start we managed to get a full raid together. Spent the raid on Festergut and Rotface and in the end made an example out of poor Rotface. Next time it's Festerguts turn! Good job all!

We continued our ICC10 from Friday and after dealing with Festergut we went to check how Rotface was recovering from the loss if his dog Precious. He was still upset about it so we let him out of his misery so he could reunite with his pet :)

Instead of storming back into Icecrown Citadel, we decided to give a go at our old friends in ToGC. With the tactics of the heroic mode burned into the back of our heads from the endless wipes there earlier we charged Gormok. He wasn't an obstacle to our thirst for blood and neither was the worms. Then came Icehowl but not even that over-sized yeti could stand in our way to victory. We threw the beast in to the ground on the first try of the night. Excellent job!
 But we weren't satisfied with that. With 50 attempts still remaining we summoned forth Jaraxxus. After a few goes on him, we got the hang of the heroic mode fight and banished him back to the hole he crawled from. Again, well done!  We still had time but didn't try our luck with the Faction Champions yet. They'll have to wait there for our next visit :) FestergutPosted by NautaJanuary 16, 2010 at 4:18 am
We had some drunken fun in ICC10 last night and managed to kick Festerguts bloated butt! GJ all!

The midnight bells have tolled - the last year of the first decade in a new millennium has started, can it be any better? We have gone up and down, despaired, yet found confidence to continue and overcome the obstacles that fate put in our way. No matter how exhausting it can seem at times, the reward will always come in the end. We remember those who left us, and look forward to embrace new company along the road to succes, because have no doubt: The Codex will endure!!!

Christmas is coming, and we felt it was necessary to pay a last visit to Icecrown before the holy night of Winter Veil, and pursuade Saurfang to give in to the combined christmas spirit of The Codex.
At first it seemed he was convinced to give up, and at our third attempt he almost went on his knees! But alas, he apparently changed his mind, and wiped us, again, again and again. As the night came closer and closer to an end, it seemed impossible. But then we struck gold! We forced this tiresome old orc to submit, and DIE!!! GJ FOLKS!!! It was time for another trip into ICC, where Lady Deathwhisper was awaiting our arrival. We didn't let her wait for nothing, and after some introduction we had a little chat with her, and we decided she wasn't really worth our attention anymore, hence down she went! Nice work Codex'ers!
 But that wasn't enough for us, so we took a little Gunship trip, and after a single wipe, we decided not to waste anymore time on it (the truth is that some got airsick!) and ended the fight with another Victory! GJ FOLKS!
